Thank you David
June 28th, 2008 Posted in Client experiences | No Comments »This weekend we had a client come in named David. He is going to a LAN party in Alcona next week and he wanted a great computer. He came in and talked to me, explained what he wanted to accomplish, laid down his deposit and left.
The next day I built his computer. He wanted “flashy”, so I gave him flashy. I customized his Antec Nine Hundred case to hide all the wires, put some nice fans in it and a great video card and accessories. When it was finished, it looked amazing. We dropped it off to him the next day at his home.
The point is this. That little extra went a long way with David. He came in the next day with a huge smile on his face, shook my hand repeatedly and said “Thank you so much. I love my computer. It’s awesome”.
That made my day. To me, computers are an art, a passion. When people are happy with my work, it makes me happy. And ultimately, that’s what prompted me to create this blog.
