Just a short note to let you know that my computer is working much better since Neville worked on it yesterday. He removed McAfee and installed Microsoft Security Essentials, as he recommended, and it has made a world of difference in graphics, color and speed on my computer. I had good luck with McAfee in the past but recently it has been a pain in the neck, as I seemed to acquire a lot of glitches which have now disappeared with the change to Microsoft Security Essentials. Kudos to Neville and please pass on my thanks to him, as he did a great job in correcting my problems.

"Dear Mr. Weston,

 

I moved to Barrie 2 years ago and less than 6 months in town my laptop crashed. Not too familiar with Barrie, I had no idea where to go to get help...until I saw you sign on the side of the road “We fix it or it’s free...”. Well I had nothing to lose so I brought it in. I dropped off my laptop on a Friday and you called me back on Sunday to let me know it was fixed...you would let it run for another couple of hours and then I could pick it up! Two hours later you called me back to say the problem kept coming back and considering the age of the laptop it would not be worth the expense and I would be better off to get a new computer. So I did and a year and a half later I needed help with my new computer, I had a list of things that seemed to be wrong. I brought it in and again you guys went above and beyond, this time you were able to fix it all.

 

I wish I could tell you I understood everything you did to fix my computer but I can’t, I do know I can trust you to give me honest service with an honest price-Thanks.

I am writing to express my gratitude for your great service. When our computer failed and we were informed by another computer repair company that it was a hard drive problem. I was extremely upset and disappointed as we had a lot of irreplaceable pictures as well as a library of music purchased from itunes. We neglectfully did not back up our files.

"If anyone I knew had a computer question or issue, I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron Weston. 

I was looking into getting wireless at my home for my business so that I may work anywhere in my home and be able to access the internet.  At the same time, if my children needed the computer for projects, there would be no issue.  I had no hesitation in hiring Aaron for this job.   

What impressed me most was that on the Friday he was to come and install the unit it was not a great day for driving.  However, in a snow storm, Aaron made it to the house.  The secretary called to ensure that I knew he was running late to weather and roads.  I thought this was absolutely awesome!  How many companies take the time to ensure that if late, they call you?  His commitment to his customers was quite evident.  Not only did he make it but he brought the recommended product with him.  He completed the set up and proceeded to share with me how it works and what I needed to know.   

When he left, the connection when I took it back to the desk downstairs seemed to have been lost.  When I phoned Aaron minutes after he left the house, he was patient and took the time to diagnose the problem.  The problem being that a cord was not plugged in. 

I am happy to know that whatever computer questions or issues I have, whether human error or not, Aaron is available to help and solve them.
